All makes are catered for regardless of the country of origin.  The Club is divided into local sections in order to be easily accessible to everyone no matter where they live.

VMCC Blackpool & District Section

We cater for anyone who has an interest in these older bikes across the Blackpool & the Fylde Coast area. We are a friendly bunch and always welcome new or visiting members at a club night or road run.

We now meet on the 1st Tuesday of the month: 7:00pm at Stalmine Village Hall, Smithy Lane off the A588 in Stalmine Village

Our meetings are short & informal to discuss any business and news then a noggin & natter about you guessed it – motorcycles!

In the summer the mtgs tend be “bike meetings” where we basically meet in the car park & chat about the assembled machines with the formal business kept to a minimum. We also organise road runs throughout the year and have club displays at shows and such like.

So if anyone has an interest in older bikes & would like to be a part of the Blackpool & District Section do come along to one of our meetings and say hello or contact one of the committee, you will be made most welcome!

Hi I am hoping you may be able to help me. This year is the 60th year of the 59 club with an event taking place at St Pauls at 5pm in London on the 4 May 2019.

Now I am compiling a list of as many cafes as I can find around London during the 1960’s. In addition to this I am adding a list of as many Motor Cycle Clubs as I can find again from the 1960’s.

Now I am a member of the 59 club since 1966 and we used to visit a club in fleetwood called the 64 Club in the church army youth centre. So what I am after is finding some information about the club such as when it started and when it closed. Any help or direction pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Now if any one from your club wishes to attend on the 4 may then please contact the 59 club direct

    Regards

    Victor Cherrett
