POULTON GALA – 6 & 7 June 2026

Enjoy a fun weekend for all the family. With live the big parade, live entertainment, a family fun fair, food, bar and stalls.

Saturday 6 June 2026

At Cottam Hall on Saturday 6 June, enjoy a day full of excitement, music, and dance! There’s a fantastic line-up of entertainment planned, don’t miss out on this incredible day of community, celebration, and fun! PLEASE SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL GALA! 

Here’s what you can look forward to:

🥁 Parade 12 noon

The parade will leave promptly at noon and will take approximately 1 hour to walk round the town and back to Cottam Hall Playing Fields. The parade is expected to arrive at Cottam Hall at approximately 13:00 – 13:30 (depending where you are positioned in the parade). Please try to stay within your allotted space(s) and retain your place/order within the parade.

Your Saturday afternoon entertainment –

• 1.30pm – Entertainment begins
• 2.15pm – The lively compere will get everyone energised and ready for the crowning ceremony. Queens, please be ready to take your seats on stage! Celebrate as the queens are crowned, hear speeches, and cheer for the prize winners.

Get ready for an amazing day of live music at the Poulton Gala Music Festival on Sunday 7 June!  Head to Cottam Hall Playing Field to enjoy performances from fantastic bands. Don’t miss out on this incredible line- up and a day full of fun and festivities!

More About Poulton Gala

Poulton Gala is an event for all the town with a wide range of entertainments.

The Poulton Gala Committee joined Poulton Partnership in 2011 to bring the Gala to town on Saturday and a Classic Vehicle event on the Sunday. They succeeded with their intention to create an event to remember in 2011.

This event is all about attracting people to Poulton, and bringing visitors to the town centre, so they can see what a lovely place Poulton is. It’s also all about celebrating community spirit and showing off all the many wonderful groups and organisations which make up the fabric of local life.

A team of volunteers organise Poulton Gala. Their aim is to create a super family day out for everyone. Could you help? They need people to work on the administration, licenses, permissions and health and safety. Plus others to work with exhibitors and attendees.

No matter how much time you have to give, there’s something to do for everyone and your skills would always be welcome. So if you would like to help with events like this just get in touch. Your contribution would be very much valued!
